ContactThe Human Protein Atlas project welcomes all types of response. Please, send questions, comments or suggestions to: contact@proteinatlas.org. Would you like to use the reagents and resources from the Human Protein Atlas project in your own research project? Please contact relevant Human Protein Atlas associated facility: Autoimmunity Profiling FacilityThe Autoimmunity profiling facility provides infrastructure and technologies for analysis of the autoantibody repertoire in body fluids and antibody validation using custom designed protein and peptide arrays.
Supported by the resource of more than 42 000 unique human protein fragments generated within the Human Protein Atlas, representing more than 18 000 human protein coding genes, we offer proteome wide screening for autoantibody reactivity, as well as downstream solutions for investigation of autoimmunity in hundreds of patient samples in parallel. Instrumentation and know-how is available for generating customized spotted protein microarrays as well as measurement and analysis of commercially available protein microarrays. Cell Profiling FacilityThis facility offers the technologies used to create the Human Protein Atlas Cell Atlas. With a resource of > 48,000 antibodies and experience from over 100,000 immunostainings, the facility provides spatiotemporal distribution of proteins at single cell level in cell Iines or tissue sections. Using immunofluorescence, Your protein(s) of interest can be studied in cells of your choice and under various conditions, with suitable markers and tailored image analysis. The facility also offers highly multiplex imaging of up to 30 markers, using thew new invented CODEX technology, based on barcoded antibodies and cyclic detection. Plasma Profiling FacilityBuilding on the unique resource of > 48,000 polyclonal antibodies, the Plasma profiling facility offers high throughput analysis of proteins in body fluids. With protein targets proposed by the user, up to 380 antibodies can be combined in one array to analyze 384 or more samples in one experiment, using only µl of sample. The facility also offers tailored immunoassays for validation of protein capture, profiling of potential interacting proteins as well as infrastructure and know-how to process most commercially available multiplex immunoassays. |
