At the HUPO meeting in Dresden, program director Mathias Uhlen and a group of selected researchers presented an overview of the Human Protein Atlas project, with a particular focus on the content of the new version 24.

In this webinar, the eight distinct resources of the Human Protein Atlas are presented, each offering data on various aspects of human protein-coding genes including expression profiles across a wide range of tissues, single cells, and cell lines, as well as insights into subcellular localization, cancer-related data, disease associations, 3D structures, and protein interactions.

The session also highlights some of the new features, including multiplex profiling of tissues presented by Dr Cecilia Lindskog, a high-resolution spatial map of cilia presented by Prof Emma Lundberg, and new data and insights from the Disease Blood Atlas presented by María Bueno Álvez.
