Annotation summary	BAIAP3 exhibits particularly high RNA levels in pituitary and hypothalamic tissue, according to available human (and pig) transcriptomic data (highest expression in mouse hypothalamus too). On the protein level, synaptic labelling is observed in some regions throughout the brain, strongly in hypothalamus while cytoplasmic positivity is also seen in the red nucleus and other parts of the midbrain.
