Staining summaryi
HPA011740 Smooth muscle and endothelial cells exhibited moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate membranous staining was exhibited in pneumocytes. A subset of cells in seminal vesicle displayed strong nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or mostly negative.
HPA014290 Respiratory epithelia, renal tubules and salivary glands showed strong membranous positivity. Neurons exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Glial cells, fallopian tubes, squamous epithelium, decidual cells, stomach and endometrium were moderately stained. Other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB068189 Heart, skeletal and smooth muscle cells, placental trophoblastic cells and endothelial cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cell types were in general negative.
CAB068190 Trophoblastic cells, stomach and myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Endoethelial cells were discintly stained. Gall bladder, renal tubules, smooth muscle and thyroid displayed moderate positivity. Fallopian tube exhibited additional membranous staining. Remaining normal cell types were weakly stained or negative.
