DAGLA RNA is highly enriched in the central nervous system, with widespread expression across several brain regions of human, mouse and pig. Particularly in the mouse, synaptic staining is observed in the cerebellum, hippocampus, and olfactory areas, weakly in several thalamic nuclei and throughout the cerebral cortex.
