Staining summaryi
HPA013695 Strong and granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in several cell types including cells in adrenal gland, renal tubuli, Leydig cells, fibroblats and endothelium. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA048508 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Renal glomeruli, adipocytes and stromal cells in uterus were weakly stained or negative.
CAB026011 Most normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in gall bladder, adrenal cortex, renal tubuli, leydig cells and the prostate. Squamous epithelia and myocytes were mainly negative.
